What receives a correction
Incorrect facts, quotations, dates, names, links, captions and material omissions are corrected. Typography that does not alter meaning may be fixed without a note.
How a correction appears
The article receives a visible correction note describing the original error and the corrected information. The updated timestamp changes; the original publication time remains.
Developing stories
New verified information is labelled as an update. An update does not silently erase a material earlier error.
Requests
A public corrections contact is not yet configured. Until a real address is added to the central site configuration, the portal does not pretend to accept correction submissions.
